What happens if I decide to cancel my treatment plan with you?

Every patient is valuable to our clinic, and we do our best to ensure that you remain our patient and friend for life.

However we understand that in rare cases, patients may want to cancel their treatment with us, and have the right to do so, according to the terms contained in the initial treatment consent form with you signed when you began treatment with us.
